A Hurricane man was found dead in a hot tub early Monday morning in Primm, Nev.
27-year-old Travis Kerr was found at the Buffalo Bills Casino around 5:30 a.m. Monday. Officials have yet to determine the cause of death.
In the United States, the most common cause of hot tub deaths is often correlated with medication or alcohol, though there is no connection with this case at this point, according to officials.
