This study abroad program takes place in Florence, Italy, for three weeks during the end of June and the beginning of July. Students will spend five days in the studio being taught an assortment of dance styles, and on the other two days they are allowed to explore all Italy has to offer. Students will also receive an elective art credit. Part-time instructor Jenny Mair is the faculty leader for this trip and teaches there. Sixteen students auditioned to go, and anywhere from 12 to all 16 could be chosen for this opportunity. Photos by Tianna Major.
