You may know this religion more for not celebrating holidays or birthdays, but did you know it started as a Bible student movement in the 1870’s in New York? The Jehovah’s Witnesses denomination was officially recognized in 1931 and today there are 7.5 million members. Members from southern Utah and Nevada converged for a convention in St. George this weekend.
