At approximately 4:00 Saturday afternoon, St. George Police responded to reports of a vehicle roll-over on Tonaquint Drive. Upon arrival officers found the single male occupant out of his vehicle and walking around. The driver appeared to have been traveling southbound near Chandler Drive when his truck drifted to the right.
Police say John Albert King appeared to have lost control and the vehicle rolled once, ending up on its side. No other vehicles were involved and no injuries were sustained.
Officers gave King a field soberity test and questioned him of whether he was intoxicated. King was arrested and booked into Puragtory Correctional Facility for improper lane travel and intoxicated driving.
