Shirley J. Blake, beloved wife and mother passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2011. She will always be remembered for her laughter and love of cooking. Most of all she will be remembered for her love and devotion to family. She will always be remembered by her husband of 25 years; Buz Blake and their 9 children; Tommy, Robert, Sarah, Amber, Autumn, Alicia, Laura, Emily and Micheal. Along with 12 grand children.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4641 No. Tumbleweed Drive, Enoch, UT starting at 10:00 AM.
