Obama’s Approval at its Lowest

In a daily tracking poll released by Gallup, President Obama’s approval rating has dropped below 40 percent for the first time ever.

The poll underlines his approval and the reasoning where Foxnews.com said, “39 percent of Americans approve of Obama’s performance, while 54 percent disapprove. … A deeply unsettled political landscape, with voters in a fiercely anti-incumbent mood, is framing the 2012 presidential race 15 months before Americans decide whether to give Obama a second term. Trying to ride out what seems to be an unrelenting storm of economic anxiety, people in the United States increasingly are voicing disgust with most all of the men and women, Obama included, they sent to Washington to govern them.”

Obama begins his campaign today with a counteroffensive bus-tour through Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois attempting to revive his fighting spirit and re-gain the trust of Americans.

The president’s approval ratings have not strongly affected election statistics, as Democratic representatives still have a small lead over Republicans with a 51 percent favor in voters over the GOP’s 44 percent.
