A Washington City man was arrested Monday on multiple sex charges of a minor.
22-year-old Carlos Nunez Vallejo was arrested Monday afternoon after allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl sometime during the month of November 2010. Vallejo was taken into custody at a St. George address without any incident.
Vallejo’s charges include:
One count of rape of a child under the age of 14.
Two counts of sodomy of a child.
There is no evidence at this time whether there are any additional victims relating to this case.
