Anthony Critchfield, 29, died Friday June 17, 2011 in the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
He was born January 26, 1982 in Payson, Utah to Ross A. and Lisa Critchfield. Anthony graduated from Summit High School in 2000. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was ordained to the office of Teacher in the Aaronic priesthood.
He enjoyed fishing, spending time with friends and playing with his niece and nephews. He was really great with the little kids in his life. He enjoyed them and they loved him.
Anthony is survived by his parents Ross A. and Lisa Critchfield, four sisters: Nicole (Jason) Barney, Heidi (Brad) Snelgrove, Melissa Critchfield, and Kirstin (Jay) Greenhalgh, 5 nephews and 1 niece. He is also survived by two sets of grandparents: Ross and Berneil Critchfield, Carnell and Verla Hatch, and Great-grandma Berneice Robinson. He is also survived by his girlfriend Kristy Cook and her son Zayden Cook.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 11:00 am in the Knoll Park Church located at 160 South 460 West, Salem, Utah. Friends and family may call from 9am until 10:30am. Interment will be in the Salem City Cemetery.
