Sen. Mike Lee will kick off a series of “Freedom Forums” as the special guest speaker on Friday, Sept. 6, from 7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the Gardner Center. This one-hour event is free and open to the public. Space is limited, so please arrive early.
The Washington County Republican Party will be sponsoring several “Freedom Forums” over the next year with noted speakers who will discuss the importance and impact of liberty, representative government, free markets and other principles describing our way of life.
“The Freedom Forums will provide some time for us to reconnect with founding principles and increase our awareness and understanding of these precious ideas,” said Nick Lang, the chairman of the Washington County Republican Party. “We especially encourage college students and young adults to attend. Our hope and goal is that the concepts which provide the foundation for America’s greatness can be passed down to the next generation of citizens in our community.”
